Porous and non-porous inorganic materials have been extensively used in heterogeneous catalysis, photocatalysis, electrocatalysis, adsorbents, membranes, sensors, energy storage devices and solar cells, electronics, etc. The session provides expert perspectives and covers new developments in computational and experimental design, synthesis and engineering (morphology, structure, defects, etc.), and application of structured inorganics including but not limited to zeolites, perovskite, carbon, mesoporous metal and metal oxide.
