Topics will include innovative research areas such as AI/ML applications in chemical and biomedical engineering, strategies for navigating early faculty and industry careers, and effective models for mentorship and inclusion in STEM. The session aims to create a platform for visibility, collaboration, and discussion, empowering the next generation of chemical engineers through shared experiences and actionable insights.
