Session: 10C: Planning, Scheduling, Supply Chain and Logistics

Papers are invited in the general areas of (i) production planning and scheduling, (ii) design of supply chain networks, and (iii) distribution logistics. These areas constitute key decision-making activities that vary in scope from the operational (daily) to the tactical (weekly/monthly) to the strategic (yearly) level. Despite significant progress in recent years, many industrial problems still remain open to advanced analytical solution approaches. Application papers offering insights into the interaction between theory and practice in an industrial setting are particularly encouraged.
