Sessions in Synthetic Biology and Applications will highlight emerging tools and methods to construct increasingly complex systems with predictable behaviors. Topics include, but are not limited to: biomolecular breadboarding; biological information transfer such as cell-cell communication; RNA stability and processing; nucleic acid engineering, and quantitative methods to design, construct, and analyze biosynthetic systems. This session focuses on approaches to program cellular behavior via protein and RNA-guided engineering
