2025 AIChE Annual Meeting

Session: Biomanufacturing of Food and Bioproducts

This session highlights recent progresses in the biomanufacturing of novel food and bioproducts. Papers presenting advances in research and bioprocess technologies (e.g., fermentation, enzymatic conversion, etc.) relevant to food and bioprocess industries are invited to submit to this session. Presenting papers should cover the conceptual framework in processing platform development using novel process engineering strategies, including the use of AI or machine learning in process data analysis, optimization, and control. Faculty candidates for the 2025-2026 year are encouraged to submit to the Division 15 Faculty Candidate Session.
