Hybrid materials containing metal organic frameworks (MOFs), COF and porous polymers have made a significant impact on mainstream research and have become ubiquitous materials for catalysis, separation, sensing, filtration and energy storage/conversion applications. There still remains a great challenge in understanding relationships for synthesis, processing, and performance in such hybrid materials.
