2025 AIChE Annual Meeting
Session: Bioprocess Engineering, Experimental and Computational Design, and Scale-up
Sessions in this theme will highlight recent progresses in bioprocessing technologies for food and functional bioproducts manufacturing. Papers dealing with developments based on new computational tools, novel devices or inspiring process design and optimization are welcome. Additionally, recent advances in research and technologies relevant to food and bioprocess industries that cover the conceptual framework in processing platform development using novel biocatalysts (enzymes, microbes, etc.) and process engineering strategies for the manufacturing of novel products with applications in food and related industries are welcome. We aim for a mix of presentations from both academia and industry. Faculty candidates for the 2025-2026 year are encouraged to submit to the Division 15 Faculty Candidate Session.
