Session: Biomolecular Engineering IV: Computational and Experimental Approaches to Biomolecular Design

The design of novel biomolecules requires both experimental and computational approaches. In this session, we first present new methods for computational understanding of biomolecular dynamics in disease, structure-function properties, and antibody design. We then transition to experimental approaches to interrogate the use of non-canonical amino acids in CRISPR-based systems and novel biomarkers for persistent bacterial infections.
