Data informed approaches (e.g., bioinformatics, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), neural networks, and large language models) are revolutionizing medicine from development of artificial organs to novel contrast agents for imaging and treatment. This session celebrates the diversity mathematical modeling of reactions, transport phenomena, and/or thermodynamics as applied to a broad array of medically relevant systems on several length and time scales. New approaches, paradigms and/or systems for both fundamental advancement and biotechnological or medical applications are welcome. Theoretical and computational studies with experimental components are encouraged.
