Session: Use the FE Exam As an Assessment Tool?

The Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam can be taken in a student's senior year or later. The session begins with a presentation discussing the various ways the exam can be used by departments or schools of engineering as an assessment tool for undergraduate programs. This is followed by a panel and audience discussion on how, and whether, the FE exam should be used as an assessment tool. Issues limiting its use, and how the limitations might be mitigated will be covered.
