Session: Advances in Food and Bioprocess Engineering

This session will focus on the effective and timely platforms in science and engineering of food and bioprocessing technologies from the agricultural feedstocks to the consumers. Papers addressing the key issues in food and feed security as well as the novel bioprocessing technology from both academic and industry will be considered for presentation in this session.
