Achieving tenure is a critical point in the career of a faculty member. However, it shouldnâ??t be seen as an endpoint but rather a stepping point to future success. In this presentation, the author will describe his experiences in his post-tenure life, adding the perspective of best practices he has seen in his role as a university administrator.
