Session: Plenary Session: Fluid Interfaces

This session is a series of invited presentations that highlight new directions in research of fluid interfaces. Topics will include interfacial rheology, manipulation of fluid interfaces by adsorbed polymers, proteins and particles, and novel materials that arise through the manipulation of fluid interfaces.
