Session: Survey Results and Best Practices in Kinetics

This is an invited session which will highlight the results of a recent international survey on what is taught in the undergraduate kinetics and reaction engineering course, and provide an overview of recent advances in teaching this course. The presentation of the survey results will be followed by brief descriptions of the innovations brought to the course by several invited professors. The remainder of the session will be spent in small groups facilitated by instructors who have developed novel and effective approaches to teaching the course.
