Session: Curriculum Revision

Chemical Engineering departments across the country are dealing with two competing pressures to their undergraduate curriculum: (1) How to accomodate the expansion of chemical engineering into new areas, most notably biological and (2) How to accommodate state demands to lower the number of credit hours required to complete a degree. Both of these issues boil down to "what to add and what to remove...and why"? Since this is an on-going process, we invite faculty who have/are involved in this process at their school to provide insights on how they addressed this challenge.
