High-throughput Omics and metabolic flux analysis to the study of microbes and biofuelproducing

Mass spectrometry based metabolomics, proteomics and metabolic flux play important roles for microbes and biofuelproducing investigations, high-throughput omics and flux techniques offer significant benefits to speed up the ability to identify and quantify the concentration of key proteins and metabolites in the microbes used to engineer new metabolic pathways. This presentation will introduce the update untargeted metabolomics and proteomics workflow, the pathway based targeted metabolomics and proteomics workflow together with VistaFlux solution for high-throughput analysis to rapidly get useful information on bioenergy research.
