New technologies for enhancing the efficiency of CRISPR-based cell engineering at scale

Synthego has developed automated platforms for engineering immortalized cell lines and stem cells at scale, using the CRISPR-Cas technology. In order to improve the efficiency of genome engineering, new methodologies and technologies are required. Here, we describe innovative technologies and methods for: optimizing and standardizing CRISPR editing methods, temporal control of CRSIRP on and off-targeting, improved tools for predicting editing outcome, and methods for precisely manipulating edited cell populations.
