Risk Training for New Process Plant Managers

Under Dow’s Reactive Chemicals standard, a review by a new Plant Manufacturing Leader or Process Owner within 90 days of assuming the job is mandated. The review shall cover their basic understanding of the reactive chemicals/process hazard potential associated with the operation. This talk will give a summary of the process that Dow uses and the requirements that the new leader must demonstrate.
