Let there be bright light

The scale up of both homogenous or heterogenous photochemical processes is far from trivial. The reactor selection is one side of the story, but evenly important is the light source and its characterization. A process development on a homogeneous example will be disclosed and compared to other pilot tests, demonstrating the potential of further scale up. Examples of heterogeneous photochemical processes will be presented to show the first innovative proof of concepts.
