Digital Transformation in the Process Industry - Opportunities and Challenges

Some companies in the chemical industry have spent a lot of money to merge data. If these data have a sufficiently good quality, it is possible to achieve targeted savings with modern methods of data analysis. In the lecture, the prerequisites that must be fulfilled in order to achieve savings with data are entered. It introduces a "profit per hour" approach and explains how to achieve significant savings with this approach.
