Valorizing CO2 using renewable energy to enable the future of food

Circe is creating the future of fermentation to make use of waste CO2 to produce high value goods and enable a circular carbon economy. While much of the focus is on how to sequester as much carbon as posible, we also need to find ways to reduce our CO2 output while still supplying the products demanded by consumers. Through the use of novel synthetic biology and gas fermentation Circe is able to transform a variety of CO2 streams into useful materials, including fat for food, personal care and more.
