Leveraging Sustainable Ingredient Design into a Corporate ESG Program

At Inolex, we design sustainable ingredients for health, beauty, and wellness guided by the Principles of Green Chemistry and life cycle thinking. Our imaginative approaches are the building blocks for exceptional products that care for people and our planet. Fittingly, our products also became the building blocks for a formalized corporate sustainability program. As chemists and engineers, we approach sustainability differently than business-minded stakeholders. In this talk I will explore the interplay of the sustainable design work with the development of a corporate sustainability program and how the two mindsets, engineering and business, can be leveraged into a successful and powerful sustainability engine.
