(127f) Safety on Green Hydrogen Logistic

The “futuristic” scenario (2050) of the logistics operation of the value chain and supply network involving the new Green Hydrogen Economy in Brazil and the World requires precautions in the area of safety, which are preliminarily discussed in this work. We intend to indicate the main hazards, and depending on the level of impact and maturity of the technology, which are the possible events seen by larger scenarios, scenarios by hazard and activity, local scenarios.

At LACPS we started this discussion, which will be continued with the application of the following techniques: Preparation of Larger Scenarios to identify risks; Application of techniques for analyzing events and possible changes in the mechanisms of action of the hazard; Identification of Human Errors in the logistics activity; Infrastructure Analysis for the Green Hydrogen Network considering that there have been resolutions of the “technological bottlenecks”, and finally, HAZOP and Event Tree Analysis for specific situations that lead to accidents and disasters. We will discuss applications of Bowtie in several parts of the Green Hydrogen Supply Chain.
