Steam crackers are valuable assets that generate large quantities of historical and current operational data. Initiatives to improve performance and optimize operations are often constrained by the ability to effectively analyze the high volume of data available. As a result, decisions are often informed by a limited subset of the available data and optimal conditions may be missed. This gives sub optimal results for efficiency, sustainability, and reliability.

Traditional approaches to performance monitoring and optimization often apply to only a very specific range of scenarios, are resource-intensive, do not capture process complexities, and lack clear actionable recommendations in a continually changing environment.
