(32l) Process Safety Management Audit for Maturity Level PSM Deployment across Organization.

We conduct half yearly Process Safety Management audit to checkthe PSM deployment maturity across organization. The audit isconducted in 50 depts across Tata Steel. Audit scope coversmanagement of change, Interlock bypass, Bow Tie, BarrierManagement, Tabletop Exercise, Mock drill, PSI, PHA, Training ,PSM linewalk etc. The audit criteria is set with each questionscarrying weightage on each of the elements.
Based upon the audit conducted by PSM Exemplars, scoring ofeach depts is provided. Based upon this score, we divide maturitylevel of departments.
The categories are Advance, Established, Evolving and basicmaturity stages. Based upon this, each year performance iscompared and benchmarked depts which fall under Advancecategory are awarded on annually. Also, action plan is prepared byeach depts to move in next level of maturity.
