This paper introduces the new devekopment of an integrated industrial complex for green fuel production based on CO2. The complex comprises four subsystems: (i) a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis process (FTSP), (ii) a renewable energy-based electrolysis process (REEP), (iii) a reverse water-gas shift process (RWGSP), and an Allam power-cycle process (APP). Through effective integration, the APP susbsystem employs natural gas to generate power with near-zero NOx emissions, as well as byproducts of pipeline-ready CO2 and water. The CO2 is then fed into the RWGSP susbsystem with hydrogen from the REEP susbsystem to produce syngas, which will be converted to green fuels via the FTSP susbsystem. The power generated from APP susbsystem will be used to support the REEP susbsystem, while the remaining energy of the complex can be empowered based on renewable energy sources. This complex has been validated through rigorous modeling and simulation with Aspen Plus V14. Its economic performance has been comprehensively analyzed to demonstrate its effectiveness.
