(32cj) Automated System Deviation Detector (ASDD) Dashboard

One of the commonly known solutions for organizing and managing activities in the plant is the application of management of change, more commonly known as MOC. As this method has become an industry standard for recording any change in plant operation or equipment setup. However there has been some shortcomings of this technique it is dependent on the human factor to log, monitor, and keep records. This method has not been digitized in alignment with new industry movement toward digitization. This traditional method also considered time-consuming task, a possible source of errors and lacks pattern detection identification.

This solution offers an automated method that detects equipment bypass. This can be utilized to keep a vigilant eye over all equipment in the plant. The main benefit of this system is that it doesn’t require human data entry. This solution reads live plant data and applies a set of predetermined logic equations. The output of this logic is a result to determine if equipment is deviating from its original setup or if it is bypassed. With the application of this solution it will add an additional safety protection layer., thus will increase the overall safety of operational facilities. After the initial setup of these logic equations, information then presents the total number of deviated equipment based on areas of operation.
