The observational study has been conducted to introduce a triangle that can assist in performing routine tasks and safely handling emergencies. This triangle can be utilized at various places such as schools, industries, construction sites, hospitals, training centers, and even homes to memorise the simple steps to do tasks in normal situations and emergencies. Daily observation of the SEA triangle can help individuals to perform and act safely in different situations. The triangle consists of three main points - (1) See: the first step involves observing the task or emergency, (2) Evaluate: carefully evaluate the task and emergency, and (3) Act: taking the necessary actions to perform the task safely. The first point is located in the left corner of the base of the triangle, whereas the second point is located in the right corner of the base. The third point, "Act," is located at the top corner of the triangle.
