Session: Digital Transformation in Industry 4.0 I

This session seeks to share real-world implementation experience in digital transformation projects and the quest for the optimized, connected chemical plant. Envisioned topics include ideation, cost-benefit analyses, project prioritization and road-mapping, implementation/execution, monitoring, and maintenance. Specific examples that highlight before-and-afters, unforeseen challenges or costs, unexpected benefits or dividends, lessons learned and suggested best practices, and particularly quantified returns on investment are encouraged.
