(55bp) Developmet of Hiyari-Hatto-DX to Prevent Human Error and to Enhance Equipment Reliability

My company(ENEOS, heritage-JXTG) manufacturing sites have below three problems.

①Equipment reiability problems happen eventhough enhancing risk based reliability maintenance

②Human errors cause personal safety incident and also equipment reliability incidents like leaks

③facing that low number of children and high number of old people in Japan now and also in future

→We need to transfer knowledge and skills from elder employee to young employee efficiently and timely

We are developping knowledge and skills transfer tool using AI to improve the equipment reliability and reduce the human error. We would like to explain about the outcome of the development and lesson learnt of the development. We will explain the below contents in the order.
