This presentation in the Dr. Ken Bell memorial session will begin and focus on authorâs interaction with him through years at Oklahoma State university in the graduate programs. Several specific instances highlighting Dr. Bellâs passion for his expertise, and desire to pass on the knowledge will be presented. There will be examples of his far-reaching thinking about AI and alternate energy sources that are applicable even today, several decades later.
It will touch on some of the unique heat transfer challenges faced by the new technologies such as RAPID manufacturing, the energy transition initiatives and decarbonization efforts - covering conduction, convection and radiation.
