(30c) Distillation Column Digital Twin with Tower VIEW® Software

TOWER VIEW® software, by Koch-Glitsch and OnPoint, is an innovative digitalization platform, integrated with plant data, and provides real time insights into distillation tower performance. The cloud-based software uses proprietary models from Koch-Glitsch to continuously monitor tower hydraulics and alert the user to impending upsets, flooding, or other hydraulic issues.

This paper shows the implementation of the TOWER VIEW® software digital twin solution for monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting of distillation towers.
