Part 1 of the session is a presentation about what leaders need to do in order to lead improvement of equity, diversity and inclusion for workplaces of the future. The presentation shares key characteristics of leaders in organizations that have strong inclusion in place, diving in to 3 areas that includes psychological safety, emotional intelligence and stakeholder engagement.
