(62b) Committed Process Safety Culture

Committed Culture is a tenant which all other tenants of Vision 2020 are reliant upon to be successful. Whereas an organization may have strong systems and leadership supporting each of the tenants; the organization will never achieve all it can without a strong and committed culture. This paper will describe elements of Process Safety Culture from the CCPS book “Essential Practices for Creating, Strengthening, and Sustaining Process Safety Culture” to help organizations build their own Committed Culture in support of their Vision 2020.
