(2b) A Chemical Engineer Among the Robots

From my first role as an Improvement Engineer to my current role leading a global robotics development program – I am often asked “How did you end up in Robotics?” I am going to share my technical career while discussing the motivations, the skills and the work that lead to the multiple jobs in my 20+ year career; including roles in Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, Technology and now Robotics. My goal is to encourage the audience to set a vision for how they want to deliver value, build multi-disciplinary skills and create new opportunities where they least expect it.
