Mergers and acquisitions are common in the chemical industry; approximately $50 billion in M&A deals are executed each year. While the focus from the corner office is on the financial aspects of the consolidation, the reality is that when the ink is dry two different groups will combine their processes, cultures, and approaches to safety into a single entity.

This presentation discusses how one company manages its safety and compliance objectives throughout the M&A process.
