Process safety, as is the case with many other disciplines, emphasizes the need for strong leadership and commitment. Leadership from the top is a critical element in any process safety program. However, it is a necessary, but not a sufficient condition for success.
In this presentation, the need for competent followership will be discussed and illustrated.
