(156a) Soft Skills for Young Professionals

Author

Going from being a student to working is a big transition for most of us. It requires us to learn how to navigate the real world, and we can use all the help we can get to do it well. Soft skills are the most important secondary skill (the primary one being the vocation that you are being employed for) that can help us here, and not only in our careers but also in personal lives. This session will focus on some of the necessary soft skills regardless of the degree we have, reflect on which soft skills are transferrable and which need to be developed in order to have a rewarding time at our organizations.
