During the presentation, the best practices that end users have utilized to ensure that their procedure life cycle management are world class will be shared and the methods used to ensure that their organizations completed this transition. The recent and continuing move to mobile devices in the industrial work place will be addresses as well as the challenges of the implementation of these devices in hazardous environments.
In addition to the procedure life cycle, the presentaiton will address the dramatic improvements in training resources that are now available with the combination of high quality, human factors and accessible procedures. These training tools dramatically improve the work force skills and allow the sharing of best practices with the ever growing pool of younger workers in high risk industries.
The presenter, Elliott Lander, is an industry leader in the integration of human factors, training and cultural change into the implementation of procedure life cycle mangement systems for high risk organizations. As the founder of ATR Inc., he has been deeply involved in the implementation of procedure life cycle management solutions at over 70 sites worldwide for over twenty years.
