Listen to the operators, they know the process. Often times it is overlooked that the operators, the people most intimate to a manufacturing process, hold valuable undocumented process data that can impact product CQA. Here we present a case study on how improved integration of process operators into process troubleshooting can lead to development of effective CAPAs and ultimately lead to a solid, well rounded Lead engineer.
