As we all know, petrochemical enterprises are the important pillar of our national economy, but the petrochemical enterprises also belong to the high pollution industry. The abnormal production conditions of petrochemical enterprises involve different petrochemical plants. During the abnormal period of operation, there will be great changes in the sources of pollution. The emissions of the devices will increase significantly, which includes both the unorganized exhaust gas and the organized exhaust gas, which will cause serious damage to the air environment in China. However, at present, there are few studies on the emission sources of the petrochemical enterprises in the abnormal conditions, and the emission categories and source strength are not clear, which is not conducive to the improvement of environmental quality in China. Therefore, it is an urgent problem to analyze the emission sources of petrochemical enterprises under abnormal conditions, classify and arrange abnormal emission sources, and identify the way to determine pollution source strength.
In view of the above problems, this article compares existing standards at home and abroad to determine the concept of abnormal emission by consulting the relevant documents, summarize and classify the abnormal emission sources of petrochemical enterprises, and then analyze the types of pollutants of abnormal emission in petrochemical enterprises and determine the pollution source strength, at last think about the emission control of the petrochemical enterprises in abnormal conditions, and put forward some reasonable suggestions
