Refrigerants are used more and more widespread, but there are potential safety hazards in the use of refrigerants. In particular, the possible explosion of refrigerants caused the world's refrigeration industry attach great importance. In this paper, 20L ball was used to study the explosive properties of refrigerant 2, 3, 3, 3 â tetrafluoropropene at different initial pressures. The experimental results show that the maximum explosion pressure increases with the increase of the pressure. When R1234yf is ignited in atmospheric pressure, the maximum explosion pressure reaches the maximum value in concentration of 7.6%.
