(54cy) Corporate Memory Loss Ongoing - Except CCPS 4th Pillar (Learn from Experience) As Espionage

At 12th GCPS, a brand new vocabulary (7 Mega Elements) of Risk Based Process Safety were presented to the process industry so that an inevitable ethical dimension of Vision 20/20 could be rationalized. And some opinions are as follows: Process Safety Culture is a prison unless we have RBPS Core Value as a key to unlock it; only an inevitable ethical dimension of Vision 20/20 could be COMMITTED ENOUGH for process safety management; & CCPS 4th Pillar (Learn from Experience) should be functioning as Espionage, not to enemies, but to your organization yourselves. And within this presentation, the authors make attempt to further rationalise with the concept Espionage the necessity of modification of the current Risk Based Process Safety corridor, which are made of 20 elements, 4 Pillars & Vision 20/20 etc., so that this corridor's another end would not eventually turn out to be blinded and the "corporate memory loss" be more truly prevented.
