(110c) Essential Practices for Developing, Strengthening and Implementing Process Safety Culture and Leadership

In June 2018, CCPS will publish a new Concept Book that addresses developing, strengthening and implementing Process Safety Culture. This book also provides guidance for leaders at all levels to assess and develop a culture improvement plan. This paper will discuss the lessons presented in this new book, and also discuss its relationship to overall process safety leadership, as described in the forthcoming CCPS Process Safety Leadership book which will be completed later in 2018.
