(57bd) Safety Rating System Based on Current Situation of China Petrochemical Enterprises

With the development of the scale and frequent accidents of petrochemical enterprises, public have paid more and more attention on high risk of petrochemical enterprises, setting up perfect safety grades system to timely discover and eliminate risk factors and reduce the accident probability is particularly important. Our country has put safety grades concept widely applied in many fields, including medicine, information, highway tunnel, building structure, etc., and our country has a few research in the application of petrochemical enterprise safety grades standard. In this paper, based on the field investigation of some petrochemical enterprises as well as on the analysis of all kinds of accidents and in combination with the current situation of petrochemical enterprise, analysis and compare the existing safety rating systems, sums up several main factors affecting the safety of petrochemical enterprises, concludes safety rating evaluation index system, puts forward the safety rating system which more relevant to the present situation of China petrochemical enterprise production and uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the contribution factor of indicators at all levels to ultimately guide the determination of the security rating .
