Successful retrofit of high capacity ultra-low NOx burners is accomplished via thorough evaluation of the existing heater, comprehensive CFD modeling of the heater, burner and air delivery systems, validation in burner testing and in the field maintaining heater capacity/throughput with the best available emissions.
