The chemical industry is like a horse race, the first horse to cross the finish line wins.  In industry, whoever gets a new product to market first also wins.  Speed is one of the facets of new product development and production that large scale tollers provide, along with tangible cost savings.  Speed is your friend but speed can also be your enemy if handled incorrectly.

In this presentation we will briefly cover the steps required for toller selection, vetting and process start-up.  We will cover some key aspects of the contracting company/toller interactions which will make the entire exercise flow smoothly. And finally a few case studies of our experiences, some of which went well, others not so well.
