(135d) Making a Dysfunctional Team into a High Performance Team

We typically think of a high performance team as consisting of individual top performers.  What happens when you are put in charge of a dysfunctional team that is required to operate at a high performance level? How do you develop the individuals and the team?  This presentation discusses the combination of leadership styles and key steps used to move a dysfunctional team into an efficient, competitive unit.  It will address some of the significant challenges faced and how they were managed.
