(108c) Environmental Compliance Approaches in Manufacturing, and the Future of EPA Enforcement

The manufacturing industry sector is incredibly diverse, yet basic compliance approaches to achieve and maintain compliance are shared among industries.  This presentation will review compliance assurance approaches, as well as methods of resolving issues of noncompliance and addressing potential enforcement actions arising from noncompliance.  This presentation will also review the latest developments in EPA enforcement approaches and the future of EPA enforcement as conveyed by EPA Management.
