Brazed aluminum heat exchangers are used in many different chemical processes due to their high heat transfer rates. However, their delicate construction also creates the potential for various operational issues. This presentation will cover design and manufacturing of core exchangers as well as solutions to common operational problems. LyondellBasell's multiple successes and learnings will be highlighted throughout this presentation.
